Terms and Conditions for using, ordering, and purchasing wedding stationary from the Pure Wedding Stationary website:
By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and conditions in full. You must not use our website or place an order if you do not agree to these terms and conditions.
All items on our website are made-to-order and cannot be refunded unless there is a defect or issue with the product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery of all products will take 2-3 weeks once the order is placed. We will provide you with a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has been shipped. Pure Wedding Stationary is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by any third party, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays or strike actions.
Invitations, Save the Date and Thank You Cards are sold in packs of 20. It is the responsibility of the customer to specify the desired quantity at the time of purchase. Pure Wedding Stationary will not be held liable for any incorrect amounts ordered by the customer.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any errors or delays caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order, including but not limited to any spelling mistakes or wrong dates entered.
